RECRUITMENT

The main goal of recruitment for Gamma Phi Beta is to welcome and connect with women who share the sorority’s core values of love, labor, learning, and loyalty. Recruitment focuses on finding individuals who will contribute positively to the chapter, develop strong character and confidence, and feel a genuine sense of inclusion and belonging. Our goal is to create a strong sisterhood that continues to grow and maintain meaningful connections throughout members’ lives. We can’t wait to meet all of our potential members!​
